A Croquembouche is a traditional French dessert consisting of profiterole choux pastry, filled with your choice of custard, smothered in shiny sugar toffee and assembled in a cone shape and bound together by toffee.  It will not survive a hot humid day sorry, and will need to be in aircon for such a day.

Decorated with a spiral of peal sugar profiteroles and a spiral of chocolate dipped strawberries with a toffee display piece on top.
Serving suggestion
We suggest 2 profiteroles per person if serving as a dessert.
$3.85 per profiterole,
Minimum order of 100 profiteroles

All our croquembouche are customisable to suit your preferences, please use the “Request Change” text box above to outline the changes you would like to make.
Changes can be made to anything from colours to design.

Cancellations cannot be accepted within three days as we will have started preparations on your croquembouche.  Pandemic restrictions excepted.
